This policy explains how Summido ("we", "us"), operated by Johan Chai, Jakarta, Indonesia, collects and uses personal data when you use summido.com and the Summido service on WhatsApp.

1. Data we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, business name, phone/WhatsApp number, email.
• Messages you send to Summido on WhatsApp, and the invoice, customer and transaction details contained in them.
• Billing information processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers).
• Basic technical logs needed to run the service securely.

2. How we use it

• To create invoices, send follow-ups and produce reports you request.
• To provide support, billing and service notices.
• To keep the service secure and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use third-party advertising trackers on this website.

3. Processors we use

Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) to deliver messages; payment processors (e.g. Xendit, Stripe) to take payments; cloud hosting and AI model providers to process requests. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

4. Your customers' data

When you add details of your own customers, you are the data controller and we process that data on your behalf, only to perform the service.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your subscription is active and up to 12 months afterwards, or longer where tax or accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, and withdraw consent to messages by replying STOP. Contact [email protected]. We follow applicable laws including Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to what is needed to operate the service.

8. Changes

We will post updates on this page and notify active customers of material changes.
